What's a Twibe?
A Twibe organizes Twitter conversations by topic (including HubPages and Squidoo as a topic), which makes it easier for people to find one another, stay up to date, and participate.
Because each twibe has its own members and keyword tags (hubpages, squidoo, affiliate marketing, writing), following a topic on Twibes filters out all the useless Tweets that might include a certain keyword, but have nothing to do with the topic.
You can join up to 10 twibes.
If you still don't understand, please feel free to ask a question and watch a video below.

I joined squiddo along time ago and honestly don't know if I can even remember my log-in. **sigh** but I would love to join a twibe since I tweet, can I still do that or do I have to participate in both communities?
If I'm not a member of Squidoo can I still join the twibe?

I've been looking in tweeting on Twitter but am a little leery of it. Good info for my further consumption.
